How we handle personal data.

This notice explains what personal data tokenway.io processes, why, and what your rights are. It is written to be read, not filed. If anything is unclear, write to us.

Who is responsible

What this website does not do

• No cookies. This website sets no cookies and uses no similar identifiers. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no banner.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking. [TO CONFIRM: if a cookieless analytics tool is added at launch, name it here.]
• No forms. The site collects no data through forms. Fonts are served from our own server, so no font provider sees your visit.

What is processed, and why

• Server logs. When you open a page, the web server records your IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for [TO CONFIRM: retention period, for example 30 days] and then deleted.
• Email you send us. If you write to connect@tokenway.io, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply and to follow up on the conversation you started. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for [TO CONFIRM] afterwards.

Who receives the data

• Hosting. The website is hosted by [TO CONFIRM: provider and location], which processes server logs on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
• Email. Our mailboxes run on Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes email on our behalf under its data processing terms. [TO CONFIRM: data region, EU.]
• We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Transfers outside the European Union

Data stays in the European Union, except where a provider named above relies on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision for support from outside the Union. [TO CONFIRM with the providers' terms.]

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for its processing to be restricted, and for a copy of it. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to connect@tokenway.io and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Changes

We update this notice when the website or our processing changes. The date below tells you which version you are reading.
